However, some ladies managed to use the crown to build themselves successful careers.

2. Celeste Khumalo

Celeste Khumalo won the 2011 Miss South Africa Teen competition, and she later went on to become a successful businesswoman, actress and media personality.

3. Bokang Montjane

The 2010 Miss South Africa winner has blossomed right in front of our eyes.

The beauty queen turned businesswoman is not only successful financially, but she is also a loving wife and mommy.

4. Basetsana Kumalo

According to News365.co.za, Kumalo can be dubbed the most successful former beauty queen in South Africa.

Since her days as Miss South Africa, Kumalo has established herself as a successful television personality, businesswoman, and philanthropist. She is truly an inspiration for all.
