A two-minute-long clip of South African police officials literally tearing down a local business establishment piece by piece has been shared online by the local business promotion page, @KasiEconomy.

In the clip, the officers can be seen breaking tables apart, pulling down the fence surrounding the business and stacking it all in a big bakkie that was parked near the business, which appears to be a tavern or shebeen.

"Kasi Economy," the page captioned the clip and also included broken heart and crying face emojis to express sadness at a local business being destroyed by the cops.

Locals shared the page's disappointment and were very soon in the comment section sharing their thoughts on police officers harming the economy instead of helping it grow stronger. Read a few of their comments below:
