Artist Creates Artificial Limbs for Dark Skin, Photos Blow People Away

- A young Nigerian artist, John Amanam, has put his skills into good use and created prosthetics that are fit for black people

At this point, there is no gainsaying the fact that many Nigerians are really talented. John Amanam got massive media attention with his sterling craftmanship.

He created prosthetics for people with dark skin. This is amazing! Photos shared by Twitter handle @Blacksregion showed the artificial hands and fingers he created that look perfect.

You would almost mistake it for real body parts. Many people who commented on the photos said if they were placed side by side with the natural parts, they would not be able to tell them apart.

In one of the photos on Twitter, the man posed with the leg. Another has different shades fit for the black skin. These pieces will really restore confidence to those that need them.

Meanwhile, Briefly News earlier reported that a father got creative to fix his daughter’s limited natural ability to walk. According to Richard DiPilla, the CEO of Global Goodwill Ambassadors, the father created a prosthetic to replace her amputated limb.

Richard said the father, who also happens to be his friend, did that so that he and his daughter could walk together.

Briefly.co.za learnt that the artificial leg was created from aluminium material. In one of the pictures shared on LinkedIn, the girl could be seen with a bright smile as she wears the prosthetic.
