Mzansi television fans who were watching The Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) had to view it on Showmax but now the reality series has a new home. RHOD is going to be airing on DStv's Mzansi Magic starting from May.

Mzansi Magic released a statement on their website, letting viewers know that the show would be on their small screens soon. They said:

The show stars Ayanda Ncwane, Kgomotso Ndungane, Nonku Williams, Annie Ludick, Sorisha Naidoo and Nonkanyiso Conco.

RHOD has been a hit amongst fans and celebrities alike. Viewers are enjoying the chance to get a look into the life of luxury for Durban's finest housewives.

It's still not clear if there will be a second season for the show but if it does as well as it did on Showmax, fans will be in for another crazy ride soon.

In other entertainment news, Briefly News reported that Israel Matseke-Zulu joined Season Two of Gomora and is bringing the heat. Gomora Season 2 is finally underway and fans have noticed a new addition to the title sequence.

Israel Matseke-Zulu has joined the cast and Mzansi is excited to see what his new character will bring to the saucy telenovela. Israel is set to play the character of Teddy's long-lost father and this is definitely going to a plot twist.

A main character is set to die in the series and this is going to throw the Molefe and Dlamini families into chaos.
