Witchcraft is a real thing in South Africa and Somizi wants the nation to protect the elderly. The media personality shared a video that he got from TikTok and stressed the importance of taking care of those in Mzansi who are older.

The TikTok video showed an elderly woman walking down the street and minding her own business when a man said that she's the reason why they don't have jobs.

Somizi was disappointed in the video and reshared it on Instagram, captioning his post:

"I wanna use my platform to send a very important message, esp to my African brothers and sisters because so many of our people, especially Gogos, have been falsely accused of being witches and murdered."

Somizi went on to say that what the woman was going through was probably not witchcraft and is a mental disorder. The media personality feels that South Africans should be doing their best to help in these kinds of situations and not seek to attack those who can't defend themselves.

In other entertainment news, Briefly News reported that Somizi demanded a six-month bank statement before his next date. It seems Somizi's previous relationship really burnt him because he is now being a bit more careful about who he allows in his life.
