The star disclosed and there was even a video of him spending a couple of hundred thousand during the video shoot.

Among those who benefited from Drake's philanthropy is Destiny James, a resident of Denmark, South Carolina, who was handed a massive scholarship to attend the University of Miami.

Briefly News understands Destiny had appeared in Drake's video and received the scholarship to fund her UM education in February 2018. Well, Destiny graduated in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree.

Destiny, in August 2019, went on to pursue her Master's at the University of North Carolina.

Briefly News has learnt Destiny will be graduating from UNC's Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health with a master's degree in Public Health in Health Behaviour this week, a move that has actually gotten netizens excited.

Destiny began her college studies at the University of Miami in 2015.

Her latest news came to light through Twitter when a tweet started circulating on Wednesday, May 12, comparing her during the 2018 video and now.

"Public health has been a passion of mine since 2016 when my dad passed from Stage 4 lung cancer. Obtaining this degree is something I will always be proud of! The obstacles I was able to overcome fuelled my fire and I am so proud to say I am now a graduate of the #1 ranked public school for public health in the country." Destiny told media.

The good news was received well by many people across the world, including Drake, who commented on it with love.
