Man pays tribute to local traffic cops and leaves Mzansi inspired

Rowland Vass drove through the town of Parys in the Free State and failed to see the traffic sign which indicated the speed limit.

As a result, he exceeded the limit and was pulled over by three traffic officers.

Vass immediately feared the worst as his perception of corruption, bribery and arrogance came to the fore.

However, their behaviour blew him away as their friendly nature and professionalism challenged those stereotypes.

The cops treated Vass with the utmost respect, but gave him a strict warning on the dangers of speeding.

The men all got along so well that they ended up having a lengthy conversation and even allowed Vass to take a photo of their well-maintained vehicle.

Vass was so impressed by the gentlemen that he shared his experience via Facebook and the post went viral.
