Now, a report for Momberg's arrest has been issued after it came to light that she is not living at her parents' place in Krugersdorp anymore.

It is very likely that she could be held in prison after going against the terms of her release.

In 2017, Momberg, a former real estate agent, was found guilty of 4 counts of crimen injuria after she called a black police officer the k-word 48 times when he came to her aid after a smash-and-grab incident in 2016.

About 4 months ago, Momberg claimed that racism isn't a crime. She also claimed that she only used racial slurs because she had experienced trauma. Momberg, who is accused of being racist even while behind bars, made these claims in a new interview.
