L'vovo has taken to social share his thoughts on human trafficking in Mzansi. The musician slammed the country's government for not doing enough to end the scourge of human trafficking in the country. The topic has been trending on Twitter for the past couple of days.

The award-winning artist has shared several posts on the micro-blogging app about the topic and has even accused Police Minister Bheki Cele of ignoring Mzansi when it comes to addressing serious issues such as gender-based violence and human trafficking. The star tweeted:

"GBV & human trafficking talks make him disappear. Tell him there's a house selling alcohol illegally if u wanna see him."

The star warned Mzansi that that this complex issue is part of an organised crime syndicate that operates within the country.

"How do all these trafficked people leave the country? No passports or Visas. Do u realize that we are dealing with a much more organized syndicate than we thought?"

L'vovo told tweeps that it is up to the people of Mzansi to take action against this serious criminal act. He expressed that they should not even trust politicians to save them.

"Good morning South Africa. Time for action has arrived, tweets are great but we need to start acting. All our problems can be fixed if we just unite and tackle them together. We are all we got, not politicians will save u, no pastor or anyone besides us! We will win!!!"

The Bayang'sukela hitmaker has called on Mzansi to unite in order to eradicate the trafficking of "your brothers and sisters".

"If I propose a meeting to share ideas on how we can eradicate human trafficking as the public would you show up? Phumani ku Gov manje coz y'all gonna keep begging till y'all lose all your brothers n sisters! Don't ever depend on anybody, team up, unite and plan. Enough talking!"

In other news, Briefly.co.za reported that Pearl Thusi took to social media to tell her followers that she enjoys trolling Mzansi peeps who dislike foreign nationals. The media personality was recently dragged on Twitter when she defended foreign nationals against tweeps who were asking government to put South Africans first.

The Queen Sono actress had tweeted that slaying African nationals that reside in South Africa was something she will never defend.

"Defending borders drawn by colonisers will never something I limit myself with," she added.

As a result, the hashtag #PearlThusiMustFall trended. The stunner was not fazed by her trolls and responded to all those who called her out. Pearl clapped back saying she was "clearly" not planning to fall anytime soon.

The star has continued to troll her detractors. She tweeted: "Trolling the xenophobic peeps is fun I won’t lie."
