Rose Nyabhate, an actress who was featured on comedy show Hapa Kule News, is like the one leper.

She paid tribute to a woman who made sure she got a decent education and cared for her while she was young and needy.

For 17 years, the thespian had no idea who paid her fees back in primary school. To her, the good Samaritan was a faceless stranger she had struggled to unmask.

“I was crying because I had finally known after 17 years the good Samaritan who paid my KCPE just when I was almost locked out!!! It was the same Samaritan who had earlier bought me my uniform and bra to shield me from being bullied in school,” she wrote.

The actress explained she nearly missed her opportunity to sit for her exams when a kind stranger jumped in and cleared her arrears.

Rose said she recently contacted an unnamed lady to discuss her NGO.

Then, the woman mentioned that she was the one who paid Rose’s fees nearly two decades ago and that made the thespian’s heart skip a beat.

“I was at a place where I needed a mother figure and my heart chose her. She had lost her only daughter earlier. So this day I was in shock. My friend, the one I have known for years gave me an education,” she narrated.

In other news, Briefly.co.za reported that a young man with the Twitter handle @arthyy_m has taken to social media to express his displeasure over the name his father gave him, jokingly saying he would never forgive him.

@arthyy_m was Christened Martha, which is a female name. Expressing his displeasure over the name, the young man wrote:

"I love my dad but I'll never forgive him for naming me Martha. Like I get it you loved your mom but I'm a boy dude??"
