A young South African woman, Nokuzola Mamane Kakaza Zungula, recently headed to Facebook's ImStaying to share a heartfelt post about a social worker who had pushed her to achieve many things and live beyond her disability.

"Hey, Stayers. Being in a wheelchair made me question numerous things just not my life, I don't have any excuses for things I cannot do and my strength is seen and not heard. The lady next to me on this post is a social worker and she is one of the reasons I was able to make it in life and that's why I will forever be a Stayer."

She then goes on to explain how the social worker "came to her rescue" and helped her make a name for herself, adding that most of the amazing things she was able to achieve were only possible because of the selfless nurse.

"Sisi ngiyabonga for being my voice and my legs. May the greatest odds be ever in your favour and Almighty continue to use you in benefit to others.
"There wouldn't be me without you and I am a graduate and a professional model because of you and I've learned to live and share my experience with others. How can I leave this beautiful country after achieving so much?" she wrote.
