DJ Zinhle and AKA's romantic relationship did not last but it's a lovely sight to see that she still gets along with his mother. AKA's mommy, Lynn Forbes, is super hands-on with Kairo and Zinhle appreciates the help.

Lynn even stays with Kairo and Zinhle, she's the perfect grandmother to little Forbes. Even though AKA and Zinhle didn't stay together, this didn't affect their relationship. Lynn opened up in an interview with Drum magazine:

"My relationship with Zinhle is never going to change and neither will my relationship with Kiernan. I love them both dearly and I support both," she said.

Lynn said that AKA and Zinhle are special children and her relationship with Zinhle is very important to her.

Zinhle took to her Instagram stories to share a heartwarming video of herself hanging out with Lynn. She was sitting on Lynn's lap having the time of her life and the two were in stitches.

AKA and Zinhle tried to rekindle their romance at some point but it led to a second breakup. She opened up to Enhle Mbali during a podcast:

"If there's an opportunity for me and whoever to reconcile and I feel like I want to take a chance, I will take a chance because I don't want to question it four years later," said Zinhle.
