Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey was reported to have caused a fuss back in the UK.
It is understood that a section of the royal family feared the ‘explosive’ tell-all would reignite emotions surrounding Princess Diana’s death.
Now, Page Six has revealed Queen Elizabeth has called for peace and unity within the family.
The queen spoke during a Commonwealth address.
The message of unity was aired on BBC and was pre-recorded as a way of observing Covid-19 precautions.

In earlier snippets of the much-awaited sit-down, the mother of one who is pregnant with her second child was seen wearing the late Diana’s jewelry as a tribute.
She also had on a beautiful, floral designer dress that slightly hid her baby bump.
The Duchess of Sussex who is pregnant with her second child had on a bracelet that used to belong to Harry’s mother.
It was a timeless diamond piece that stood out throughout the interview.
It had the essence of Diana written all over it and reminded people of how graceful and stylish the late mother of two was before her demise.
Meghan had on a black, floral designer dress that was fitted with beautiful embroidery.
She made sure she had on numerous ornaments that kinda had a life of their own.
