The loungewear trend has exploded now that working from home has become the new normal. So you’d think with popular fashion retailer Mr Price entering the market, the brand's monopoly on quality and affordability would help loungewear do away with its exclusive label.

Meanwhile, Briefly News previously reported The Fenty fashion line is no more. Rihanna has been making business moves after taking a long break from music. The musician launched a makeup line as well as a luxury fashion line with luxury brand LVMH and fans were impressed with the stars unrelenting work ethic.

The line was a success for a while but according to a statement, the decision to close down the fashion line came as a result of Covid-19.

The brand says they are waiting on a better climate for shoppers and did not rule out another collaboration with Rihanna in the future. The tone of the statement made it seem like this might just be a temporary decision.

Since Fenty house was a luxury brand, not a lot of people could afford it. Fans began to speculate the reasons why it has shut down on social media.
