Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Siphiwe Tshabalala has wished his ex-teammate Reneilwe Letsholonyane, who is enjoying his 39th birthday. Tshabalala took to social media to remind the country about one of the finest legends.

‘Yeye’ is entering a new age and the AmaZulu midfielder has loaded a number of images on his Instagram page. The dreadlocked stars were also teammates for Bafana Bafana during the iconic 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament that was staged for the first time on the African continent.

In other news regarding Chiefs, Briefly News reported that Amakhosi have announced the appointment of former coach Stuart Baxter to replace Gavin Hunt.

Hunt was sacked by the Soweto giants more than a week ago. The appointment comes after huge speculation regarding the future of the English manager and Baxter returns to Amakhosi for his second stint.

Chiefs confirmed the former SuperSport United mentor's arrival on their official Twitter page on Wednesday afternoon.

The DStv Premiership side is through to the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League and the former Bafana mentor is expected to guide the club to the final.

Baxter’s return to the Glamour Boys comes a few days after the club announced the hiring of Molefi Ntseki as the head of technical and youth structures.
