Bheki Zungu shared a motivational message with the people of Mzansi on never giving up on our dreams.

In a video shared via Facebook, he reveals how he has triumphed in the face of adversity.

Zungu credits his success to a refusal to succumb to rejection.

He recalls how he faced rejection as a village boy while applying for bursaries in 1991.

One of those was Transnet and at the time, Zungu envisioned working for the company one day.

They rejected his bursary application but it still did not deter him and he eventually graduated.

Years later, he was offered a job at Transnet.

Zungu now reveals that he’s had to deal with rejection again at the hands of Exclusive Books after approaching them to distribute his books.

He goes on to say that they didn’t just refuse the offer but even requested no further correspondence from him.

However, he has full confidence that his books will one day grace the shelves at Exclusive Books.

Briefly.co.za gathered Zungu’s message to be clear, “I want to say to them they must keep believing, and not let the setbacks stop them from pursuing their God-given calling and ultimately reach their full potential.”
