Young SA lady expresses delight at successful weight loss journey

- According to her post, she had lost quite a significant amount of weight over a year of dieting and making healthy lifestyle choices

Most people have goals for themselves regarding their health, whether it is to gain, lose, or maintain their current weight. A young woman, Thembi Matroshe recently made herself and many others proud after she achieved significant weight loss.
"This time last year I weighed 102kg. After a year-long weight loss journey, I now weigh 74kg. It’s one of the most difficult things I ever had to commit to but I did it. If you needed a sign to start... this is it," she wrote happily.
Soon the comment section was filled with questions about how she managed to achieve her goals. A lot of people also congratulated and complimented her. Read a few of their comments below:

The lady said she was able to finish the work on Sunday, January 3. In a post she made on the same day, the tiler attached the 'before' and 'after' photos of the restroom. The first and second frames show the bathroom in a very rough state while the third reveals the lady's finished work.
As her tweet went viral, many people came to her comment section to assess what she did. While many commended her, others said that there are still some imperfections that leave much to be desired.
