"After so many years of moving up and down without a home, today me and my daughter we have a place we call home, even though this year was big roller coaster this is my achievement and very proud of myself, that's why #imstaying, thank God," she captioned the post.

In other heartwarming Briefly.co.za news, it’s the little things that count. The thought, the effort, the love behind the action and the precision – these are the things that count. Honouring parents and rewarding them for every effort they put towards our upbringing is one of the most satisfying feelings on earth.
Violet Evans knows this. She spends every waking moment being grateful to the man who brought her to the world, raised her, schooled her and protected her. The TSC teacher said on Facebook group Home Beautiful that she was building a home for her dad to thank him for every sacrifice he made while she was young.
The daughter had started constructing a three-bedroomed house and though the process was slow, it will always be satisfying to her. Violet said she started building the home two years back and though it is not yet complete, she just loves seeing how far she has come.
