It seems that each new day of 2021 has brought with it more tragic news about someone in Mzansi losing a loved one.

The current crisis caused actress Ayanda Borotho to ponder life and its meaning and she took to social media to share her thoughts with her fans.

Ayanda also posted her words as a tribute to the late star Lindiwe Ndlovu, who passed away recently and whose death has been mourned by many.

Ayanda shared her words in a caption on Instagram and emphasised that life was a gift but that there was no guarantee to accompany it. The celebrity ended her statement by urging her followers to use their time wisely:

"May we learn to forgive... To be kinder... More courageous...To be truthful...To walk in love and light... and to leave this world better than we found it."

Ayanda also implied that Lindiwe Ndlovu was a wonderful example of how one life can have a positive impact on the world they leave behind.

Followers took to the comments to add to Ayanda's sentiment:

Lockdown actress Lindiwe Thembekani Ndlovu has passed away. Mzansi social media users have continued to send their heartfelt condolences to her friends and family following the veteran Thespian's death on Monday, 11 January. The SAFTA award-winning actress died in her home, according to a statement released by her agency, Gaenor Artist Management:

"What we will remember most is her love and unwavering dedication to her friends and family. She had a larger-than-life presence that was undeniably infectious to those who loved her."

Lindiwe played many roles on TV and film. She also loved acting on stage.

"By far her greatest achievement was receiving her SAFTA award, which was presented to her by the incredible American actor Samuel L Jackson, which she received for Best Actress in a Feature Film."

The official statement doesn't mention her cause of death. Mzansi TV viewers and celebs have flooded Twitter with their tributes and messages of condolences to her friends and family.
