The Univerity of Cape Town's Vice-Chancellor, Mamokgethi Phakeng is a definite social media star - everything she posts, people absolutely love. Her latest post features her wearing a cute gift she got from her children.
The gift happens to be a nice white hoodie that was custom made just for her. The front features a beautiful picture of the deputy mother herself and the back reads, "My kids still believe I'm 21," which is fitting since she looks so youthful.
"My most favourite hoodie #giftfrommychildren ❤️#blessed #grateful," she captioned the heartwarming post.

Briefly.co.za also reported that due to the pandemic and now more than ever, South Africans need the support of one another. Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Town, Kgethi Phakeng, recently led by example and supported a South African brand.
Taking to Twitter, South African clothing manufacturer, Tshepo, shared a picture of the VC rocking her new jeans and T-shirt combo, which she had just purchased from the store. The brand describes itself as being committed to the development of denim through the promotion of Africanism and localisation.
"Today the vice chancellor of UCT popped in for a pair of jeans and of course our classic TSHEPO T-shirt ," they captioned the inspirational Twitter post.
