Hulisani Ravele has opened up about gaining weight amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The media personality took to Instagram recently to share that she has put on about 10 kilos of "lockdown weight".
The star shared that she's not the only person to have gained weight and encouraged others not to let the "extra" weight knock their confidence.
"The most important part for me is that I have not allowed this change in my physical appearance to stop me from living my life to the fullest! I know there are lifestyle changes I need to make, and I will make them, but in the meantime, I am not opting out of life."
She shared a clip of a show she did for BBC Lifestyle where they shared "tips and truths" on how people can start living their lives to the fullest amid the ongoing lockdown.

In other entertainment news, Briefly.co.za reported recently that Hulisani Ravele decided to jump in on an internet challenge which involved online users posting pictures of the 'husband and wife' of a couple.
The trend showed most people posting two photos and the TV presenter decided she would add her own spin which followers found hilarious. Hulisani followed the trend and posted a picture of herself taking 'the wife' spot but when it came to 'the husband' she posted a little stick figure she had drawn.
Hulisani's followers loved the joke and found it endearing that she could poke fun at the trend and not take herself too seriously. She even used emojis to give her little drawing hubby a glass of whiskey and a crown. The star then joked that she was manifesting the king she wanted in her life.
