As alleged fraudster, Ray Hushpuppi, continues to cool off in jail, interesting and somewhat shocking new details about his lifestyle have surfaced on social media.
Recall Briefly.co.za earlier reported on how the embattled big money spender landed in yet another trouble after the US government through the FBI linked him to North Korean hackers.
Apparently, all of his woes would have been avoided if he had chosen to stay low rather than show off his extravagant lifestyle.
New details suggest that it was his dinner with American socialite, Blac Chyna, that led to his downfall, according to Black Sports Online.
Well, not the dinner itself, but the fact that he posted it on his Instagram which exposed him to the FBI.
Hushpuppi wasn’t on the FBI’s radar until they noticed him living a bit too large for someone who apparently didn’t have a job.
They simply got all the information they needed from his social media posts and when they started to follow the money, it was easy from that point on.

Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za had reported that the controversial church leaders of the ECG church, self-proclaimed prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary Bushiri's family members were stopped at a Malawian International airport while trying to leave the country.
According to the reports, Bushiri's daughters and mother-in-law were leaving to seek asylum in Kenya where Kenyan authorities would welcome them. Unfortunately, their plans were thwarted by authorities who barred them from leaving.
Meanwhile, after hearing about the news, South Africa pro-Bushiri and anti-Bushiri supporters quickly headed online to share what they think about the couple's family being barred from leaving.
