A guy called Sanele sadly posted on his Twitter page that his girlfriend is working on that Friday at the Pep store. Mzansi burst the young man's bubble by insinuating that Pep doesn't have workers checking in at night.
Sanele could just be trolling his Twitter followers, but the post got a lot of comments and over 4700 likes. It seemed like a lot of people can relate to being told those kinds of lies by their partners.
Most of the female comments supported the girlfriend's statement, while the men sent warning messages to Sanele. South Africans brought this thread to life with the battle of the sexes exchanges.
