Coach angrily confronts player after red card

As he made his way to the dressing room, his visibly angry manager confronted him and grabbed him by the collar before furiously shoving him around.

Coach vows he will never play again

The former Birmingham manager was unapologetic after the game, vowing not to play the 23-year-old again.

"I think, regarding the incident with the red card, the reaction was justified - that sending off should never happen in football," as quoted by Reuters.

To make matters worse for Krollis, he only recently joined the Serie C side on loan from Serie B side Spezia.

"Krollis is here on loan, representing another club that sent him here, and he does this to Triestina, to the club that entrusted him to us, and to the game itself."

Clotet then had to watch his side lose to an 87th-minute goal from Gabriel Avinci, which left them rooted at the bottom of the Serie C table with only one win in 14 games.
