It appears Lil Uzi Vert is over his face diamond and fans are curious about its whereabouts, Metro reports.
Recall the 26-year-old rap star had opened up about his plans to get a face diamond in January and informed his social media followers.
He said in reference to celebrity jeweller Eliott Eliantte:
"I’ve been paying for a natural pink diamond from Elliot for years now."
Well, the XO Tour Llif3 rapper, real name Symere Bisil Woods, has been seen without his unique and controversial piercing in recent weeks.
Just recently, Lil Uzi Vert displayed some major PDA with his rapper girlfriend, JT from City Girls.
In her Instagram stories, the couple is seen cozying up to each other and kissing while Lil Uzi’s forehead is clearly diamond-free.
Prior to the flirtatious clip going up on social media, the couple went on a double date with music producer, Future and his girlfriend. The diamond was nowhere in sight as they posed for a group photo.
Lil Uzi Vert had been paying off the eye-watering diamond, said to be between 10-11 carats, since 2017.
See some reactions below:
tallgirlshellz:
"I’m so glad he took that diamond out."
Whó's Bébé:
"Lmao. You didn't think before putting an infinity stone in your head. Were you expecting Thanos to come after you? If you were to be in Nigeria, boys would have removed it for you for free. The only problem would've been that the diamond and your body parts would've been missing afterwards."
MC Topsecret Komedian:
"Imagine that kind amount of money on a human being forehead..Thank God for your country ooo.."
Joy Eze:
"$24 million pink diamond on ur forehead, no be juju be that, sometimes I wake up and knock on my head to know if it is still function bcuz anything can happen in this country."
Rapper flaunts pink diamond
In January when he first spoke about his plans, he said it was the first time he had seen a natural pink diamond and it was almost 11 carats with each going for $2 million.
The rapper shared videos while in the studio flaunting his piece of jewellery which he noted was yet to fully heal.
His new style saw many mimic him. Celebs like Tory Lanez ridiculed the move by attaching expensive jewellery on his forehead.
