A Johannesburg-based man paid tribute to his supportive wife on Twitter recently for never looking down on him.

Using the Twitter handle @BasaniCleaners, the hubby shared photos of himself and his wife, Boledi Makofane. He wrote:

She was at varsity, on magazine covers and I was an unemployed dude with matric and a driver's license only. She saw me not for what I was but for what I can become. She pushed me and loved me. I'm a graduate all thanks to this black woman.

Boledi is a model, Briefly.co.za learned. This isn't the first time her appreciative hubby has praised her on Twitter.

Earlier in September, he wished her a happy birthday with another heartwarming tribute:

I pray that you meet someone who will help you achieve your dreams. This born-free changed my life; I was a mess. You saw something in me that only mothers see in their children. You saw me for what I can be, and not for what I was.

Boledi and her hubby are indeed a fine example of couples propping each other up to achieve their full potential.

Tweeps called their relationship "beautiful" and said Boledi is a keeper.
