When news broke of Daniel Akpeyi's transfer from Chippa United to Kaizer Chiefs, very few fans would have been jumping for joy.
The Nigerian was known as a brilliant shot-stopper on his day, but had a reputation for having an error in him.
However, many fans were underwhelmed as he was signed as the back-up goalkeeper, with Itumeleng Khune expected to dominate the number one jersey.
