Dinner at Somizi's has hit a legal snag after summons were issued to Somizi Mhlongo and multichoice. The complainant is accusing Somizi of stealing the idea for the show.
Somizi has shared a text message he received from a person claiming to be a journalist from Sunday world.
The person who identified themselves as Kebelo Khumalo wanted to know if the popular second season of Dinner at Somizi's had been put on hold due to legal proceedings.

He wanted to give Somizi the chance to give his side of the story, instead, Somizi had some choice words which he blurred out.
Somizi captioned the Instagram post with an explanation saying that the blurred words contained vulgar language.
The person remained professional an despite the response thanked Somizi for the prompt response.
"I'm not the one to be bullied especially by media.....azishe........I'll make u just as famous......the blurred part is adult vulgar language..."

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that rumours are flying that Somizi Mhlongo and Mohale Motaung's marriage is on the rocks and people have been speculating this for some time.
Somizi shared a message he received from a person claiming to be a journalist for City Press claiming she has it on good authority that Somizi and Mohale are getting a divorce.
She asked Somizi if this was true. She also wanted to know if this was the reason that Mohale was not invited to his birthday a few weeks back.
