South African Nando's Twitter page is always so piping hot and full of humorous clapbacks that it's hard to keep up. Their latest clapback came swiftly after a young lady with the Twitter handle @UmiSays_ claimed she wasn't a fan of their food, except for one flavour.
"I’m not a Nando’s fan but that Mozam Paprika," she wrote.
Not long thereafter, the Nando's marketing team was on it and conjuring up the perfect response that left locals not only laughing out loud but promising that they will be visiting the restaurant shortly.
"Di qala so moes? Flirting nyana then jiki jiki you're within mjolo. We'll wait for you ausi. Swipe right into our DMs. We promise the talking stage won't last too long, we wanna send you you'll be a fan of!" they responded.

Briefly.co.za previously reported that It seems like no one is out of bounds for Nando's when it comes to poking fun. The latest victim of Nando's clever marketing and witty advertisements is South Africa's very own President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Referring to a batch of AstraZeneca vaccines on the verge of expiration that the government recently purchased and had to return, Nando's asked Ramaphosa, who had just gotten vaccinated, whether or not the new batch was expired or expiring soon.
"@CyrilRamaphosa e reng best before date?" they wrote hilariously.
Mzansi just could not deal. Many of them headed to the comment section to share hilarious comments and laugh out loud at Nando's ever-growing cheek.
