A young lady, Tai Bowen, recently got social media talking after taking her husband to his favourite restaurant in California for dinner on his birthday.

According to the young lady with the Twitter handle @TAi_WHITE, she told her husband to pack his bag - they hopped on a plane from Nigeria afterwards and off to Beverly Hills.

She said men deserve to be spoiled too, especially when they take care of responsibilities.

In her words:

"Told my husband pack a bag, we’re hopping on a plane and having dinner at your favourite restaurant in Beverly Hills tonight for your birthday. Kings deserved to be spoiled, especially when they do king sh*t on a daily."

Social media users were impressed and they soon flooded the lady's post to share their thoughts.

In another report from Briefly News, a romantic video has surfaced online in which a gentleman surprised his lover with an unexpected marriage proposal during a casual photo shoot.

In the video that was shared on Twitter by @_IamOgar, the man in question appeared to have arranged with his photographer to fix the perfect timing for the grand moment.

The cameraman drew close to the lady in the video to position her in a specific angle only for her man to kneel down patiently waiting for her to turn and notice the ring in his hand.
