A young South African man, Melusi Sitshaluza recently shared with Facebook's ImStaying a heartwarming post about how he made his parents truly proud after spoiling them with a trip to Durban for his mother's 63rd birthday.

"So this past weekend (10 April) it was my mother's birthday (63years) and since last year I've been planning to take her to Durban, she never saw a sea in her 63years of life, I booked accommodation a few months back.

"I told her about the trip on the 1st of April (she thought it was April fool), I bought T'Shirts and printed them "HAPPY 63YEARS OF LIFE"... On the 9th of Apri we left for Durban and we came back on the 12th of April, she says her 63rd birthday is the best ever, my father and my brother were with us and we had a great weekend in Durban Oceanic resort
"My aim is to make them happy while they are still alive, this is how I give back and show appreciation to my parents for raising me #ImStaying," he wrote.
