Chuando Tan is 60 years old. And the internet is not handling it well.

The Singaporean model and photographer has been turning heads online after a video resurfaced showing him walking outdoors beside a riverside setting, mountains in the background, looking nothing like what most people picture when they hear the word "grandpa." A Daily Mail caption overlay on the clip asked the very question viewers were already thinking: how does he do it?

Tan's answer, it turns out, is refreshingly unglamorous.

What Chuando Tan eats every day

Breakfast for Tan is simple: six eggs, though he limits himself to only two yolks, paired with milk. Avocado or berries make an occasional appearance. Lunch and dinner follow a similarly straightforward pattern, built around grilled or steamed chicken or fish served with rice, vegetables and broth.
