Tannith McGregor, a woman working at a Mazda car dealership, turned an ordinary day on the showroom floor into a viral moment with a single playful video posted on 27 October 2026.
In the clip, McGregor posed in front of two Mazda promotional banners, positioning them on either side of her body like a pair of angel wings. The on-screen text she added was what really sealed it:
"Not all of us can be Victoria's Secret models, some of us have to sell Mazda's."
The self-deprecating humour landed perfectly. What started as a lighthearted Mazda workplace moment quickly gained traction across TikTok, with commenters from South Africa and beyond jumping in to share their reactions.
