The grand finale is locked in for 14 November 2026 at the Sandton Convention Centre, where the reigning queen, Qhawekazi Mazaleni, will crown her successor. More than a beauty pageant

This year's competition leans heavily into legacy and leadership. The theme guiding the 2026 finale is Imbokodo, a Zulu word evoking resilience and determination, and a nod to the belief that true leadership is measured by what you build for others, not just for yourself.

The twelve finalists will not only compete for the crown but will also step into roles as ambassadors for Empower Youth Africa (EYA), a platform that connects young South Africans to programmes and partnerships designed to expand their access to opportunities. EYA's work is structured around five key pillars: technology and digital inclusion, entrepreneurship and enterprise development, education and skills for the future, health and wellness, and civic leadership and Pan-African collaboration.

A stage for South Africa's future leaders

The evening promises to draw leaders from business, government, civil society, media, sport and the creative industries, all gathered to celebrate South African excellence and the women who embody it.
