Idols SA: Viggy pulls out of competition after Virginia gets the boot

Idols SA is seriously heating up and contestants are feeling the heat. The top 5 have been chosen and viewers can't wait to see if their faves make it to the final episode.

Meanwhile, Viggy Qwabe caused upset when she announced she'd be leaving the competition.

This came after her sister, Virginia, was booted off the show and didn't make it into the top 5.

Viggy confirmed that she would be leaving the show in a video in which she also thanked all her fans for their support. But she's not really saying why she made this decision.

"It's not nice to say I quit without letting you guys know because there are some people who have spent their money to keep us in the competition.
"However, I cannot tell you why I have left the competition but what I can say is that I love you. I love you. I love you all a lot and may God continue to bless you. We thank you for all your support.”

The twins have been favourites on the show from the very start and their supporters are very sad to see them go.

They have bright futures and may just get support from songbird Zahara, who said she wanted to help tell their story if they don't win, as reported on by
