Mbalula's joke has SA thinking he's taking a swipe at Mboweni

Minister Fikile Mbalula is known for being a social media troll. He's constantly cracking jokes or poking fun at something - or someone. His recent post of a nasty-looking pair of shoes had Mzansi users suspecting that he was taking a jab at Tito Mboweni.

The Minister of Transport shared the meme on his Twitter account. The picture shows a pair of shoes along with oversized pants. Finance Minister Tito Mboweni has been called out many times on social media for his poor taste in shoes. Many suspected that Mbalula's post may have been a jab at Tito. Others shared photos of ANC politicians dressed in a similar fashion, including President Cyril Ramaphosa and Gwede Mantashe.
