South African colourful-haired rapper Sho Madjozi has reached a massive milestone.

The John Cena hitmaker has reached one million followers on Instagram. She took to social media to share her good news with her loyal fans.

To celebrate her achievement, Sho had a couple of special guests on Instagram Live on Thursday night, including Makhadzi and Black Coffee.

She told her fans that she spent some time doing her hair for the special day.

"It took me two days to gain the strength to do it. Then it took me 12 hours in total once I started."

Sho revealed that she wasn't just celebrating her achievement, but was also celebrating wrestler and actor John Cena's birthday.

Sho met Cena on The Kelly Clarkson Show a few months ago.

"So we have a lot to celebrate on this live, you guys."

Her fans were impressed that Sho does her own hair.
