Ever since secular rapper-turned-gospel singer Kanye West turned to Jesus, he has focused on growing spiritually with the Word of God.
During his weekly Sunday Service, the father-of-four took being like Jesus a bit too far when he pretended to walk on water while showing up to the event.
With his kids on both sides, the Yeezy creator walked on a platform hidden beneath a pond to make it look like he was walking the body of water, just as Jesus did.
Ahead of Kanye was a uniformly-dressed group of singers who welcomed him with their heavenly voices. As usual, the rapper and his children were dressed in simple, mono-coloured clothes that were loose-fitting.

In a video shared by Kim Kardashian on Instagram, Kanye’s choir was also seen performing in the middle of the pond and the members too entered the stage in the same fashion.
A speaker who appeared earlier before the rapper arrived dramatically walked to the end of the water surface to address worshippers who were standing on grass.
Kanye’s kids seemed to be having fun and kicked the water as they walked to the stage with their dad.
This comes after the Yeezy owner apologised to his better half for a terrible Twitter rant. Kanye had previously gone on the platform to accuse Kim of many things.
The father-of-four also said his partner tried to lock him up in a mental institution and ended up speaking on his behalf without his permission.
The Jesus is King singer referred to Kim and her mum Kris Jenner as white supremacists.
