Plot twist: Young dad receives surprise baby shower from his friends

A young man and his friends have introduced what may just be a very progressive plot twist to traditional baby showers. The event, which is usually a no guy zone and held for expectant mothers, was recently held for a man who just had a baby girl.
Pictures of the doting dad and his little girl surrounded by pink decor were shared with surprised Facebookers who were both taken aback and happy for the dad. In the pictures, the new dad sits with his newborn with many gifts placed all around them.
Social media users who are obviously not accustomed to seeing a man in a baby shower setting expressed their surprise as well as congratulatory messages for the young proud father. Many of them took a liking to the idea, calling it "progressive."

Meanwhile Briefly.co.za also reported that a huge congratulations is due to Cassper Nyovest who is now a proud daddy to his firstborn child. The rapper and his girlfriend Thobeka Majozi have welcomed their baby boy.
The Mzansi musician took to social media on Sunday evening to make the revelation. He posted a picture wearing theatre scrubs as he was preparing for the birth of the child. He took to social media to share that his boy's name is Khotso, which means 'peace'. Taking to Twitter, Cass posted:
"This album means sooo much more and it makes sooo much sense now that my son, Khotso is here. #AnyMinuteNow"
Mzansi have flooded his comments section with messages of congratulations. The phrase 'Congratulations Mufasa' trended on social media into Monday morning. Cassper and Thobeka have not yet shared any pictures of the bundle of joy but we are sure that he is super cute.
