Entrepreneur spoils himself with R1.2 million gift for 29th birthday

- Young entrepreneur Sibusiso Ngwenya, aka Skinny Sbu, is celebrated his 29th birthday early in September

- Ngwenya decided to buy himself an expensive gift worth R1.2 million that would also help his business grow

Most people in their 20s won't be able to afford buying themselves a gift worth R1 000, but Sibusiso Ngwenya can add several zeroes to the price tag of his birthday present.

Ngwenya, who is more commonly known as Skinny Sbu, decided to spoil himself in celebration of his 29th birthday.

On Monday, the young entrepreneur revealed he spent R1.2 million on a birthday gift. However, instead of buying a lavish crib or luxury car, Ngwenya invested back into his company.

The 29-year-old bought himself a sock knitting massive, which has now been delivered to his premises.

He captioned the post:

"I got myself this sock knitting machine worth R1.2 million for my 29th Birthday. Thank God for such a beautiful gift. #Sbutember."

Ngwenya- who previously gifted President Cyril Ramaphosa with a pair of socks - shared a video on Twitter showing him unwrapping his gift.

South Africans were inspired by the video and they praised Ngwenya for making some serious boss moves.

Twitter user, @ZandiBotman, commented:
