Briefly.co.a earlier reported that various clips of hundreds of Zimbabwean nationals flocking into South Africa has been shared online. In the clips, the Zimbabwean people can be seen walking towards the border in large numbers.
According to reports, the people have no caused a backlog at the border as authorities wait for the hundreds of people to prove that they have tested negative for Covid-19 before gaining access to the country.
Many people also believe that despite being forced to wait for hours and risking being infected with Covid-19, the Zim nationals have decided that suffering while gaining entry into SA will be better than staying home in Zimbabwe which is currently crumbling under Covid-19 pressures.
