'Skeem Saam' Actress Makgofe Moagi Loses Her Beloved Grandfather

Makgofe Moagi, who plays Charity Ramabu, in the popular SABC soapie Skeem Saam, has lost her grandfather and is in mourning. Her grandfather was almost 100 years old at the time of his passing.
Makgofe posted the sad news on Instagram, stating that her one and only grandfather had left the earth. Although she has heartbroken by his death, she said that he had lived a long life and is grateful for that. Makgofe said:
“God was generous indeed with you, we had you for close to 100 years. Le phetśe Rakgolo (You have lived grandfather)."
It has indeed been a dark time for many in South Africa, with a number of people losing their loved ones in the current trying times that Mzansi is facing.
