Andile Ncube Posts Some “Happy” Selfies, Gets Dragged Instead

- Media personality Andile Ncube is once again in the limelight for the worng reasons

- The sports presenter shared a series of selfies showing himself looking happy and excited

- Unfortunately, social media users were not convinced that the smile was authentic and accused him of faking it

Andile Ncube has been a trending topic over the last few days after a faceless social media user accused him of being gay and in the closet.

The media personality refuted the claims although some Mzansi social media users did not believe him.

Since then, Ncube has been on a social media PR campaign to show that the drama did not bother him.

On Friday morning, the sports presenter shared a series of selfies where he looked happy and was smiling. He captioned the pictures:

Unfortunately the pictures did not have the effect he desired. Many social media users thought he was trying too hard to seem happy and called him out. Twitter user dumisane_ said:

“Reacting differently to how you feel damages your internal organs you know.”

ShangaseMvelo said:

“The dude is happy, obviously the smile on the pictures will look fake because he had to smile just for the camera.”

Meanwhile Briefly.co.za previously reported that Ayanda Thabathe has come to the defense of her ex-husband Andile Ncube after he was accused of being secretly gay by a faceless social media user. Since then, Ncube has been trending online as Mzansi digested the drama.

The Twitter user with the handle @BadubeS claimed that the reason behind Ayanda and Andile's divorce was due to his sexuality. The social media user also blamed Andile for the publicising of Somizi and Mohale's alleged marriage scandal

. However, Ayanda Thabethe quickly shut down the rumours by taking to her Twitter account to set the record straight. She refuted the claims that she walked in on her ex husband with another man.

She posted:

"At times the truth is neither sexy nor juicy which is why people refuse to hear it. I repeat, NO SUCH THING HAS EVER OCCURRED in my life as has been spoken about. This is not in defense or the protection of a particular person but to outlay the truth of my own story."
