Chidimma responds to trolls
Not letting any of the hate get to her, Chidimma clapped back at her haters, saying she is allowed to reflect in peace without being judged for it.
“I is so sad how a person can't reflect on her journey. I have been receiving so many messages saying, ‘How was your dream shattered?’, ‘You’re being ungrateful’, and so many things," she said.
She then explained why she had to miss a show on 10 August. She accepted the invitation on 14 August 2025. But she also decided to reflect on one of the most tumultuous moments of her life.
Adetshina said she is grateful that her plans did not work out, as they opened the floor for God's plans to work for her.
“It has been a year, and I am more grateful than ever because my plans did not work for me, but God’s plans did. This month, last year was filled with so many emotions, but looking back, it was all worth it. How am I being ungrateful when I am LITERALLY living in answered prayers! The end of one journey was the beginning of another and a step to my dream.”
“Talking about it doesn’t change anything. Please stop changing the narrative and allow me to celebrate every moment, the good and the bad, as I approach the end of my journey,” she ended her message.

Chidimma angers netizens over return to SA
In a previous report from Briefly News, Chidimma Adetshina returned to South Africa and was rumoured to be living it up in Cape Town.
Operation Dudula took to Facebook to lash out at the Department of Home Affairs over Chidimma's freedom to roam in the country.
However, her fans defended her, with one person saying, "She is not guilty as the crime was committed by her parents with her knowledge, and legally she is now a South African of Nigerian origins. The South African law is very clear, and she can not be declared stateless, but she has the right to choose her nationality at the country of birth and parents' nationality. Simple and clear. Chill, guys."
