Content creator and TV personality Lasizwe has sparked a lively conversation on social media after defending straight men who choose to be friends with gay men. In a candid X post, he pushed back against the idea that male friendship across sexual orientations carries any hidden meaning.
Lasizwe said the post was partly inspired by his show Awkward Dates, which he described as a platform meant to normalise gay and straight men sharing the same space without either party having to play a particular role.
