A South African man has taken "bringing the vibes" to a whole new level. Filmed at the back of a moving bakkie, the man stood over a gas stove and pretended to mix tracks like a seasoned DJ, full energy, no shame, and clearly having the time of his life.
The clip was reposted by TikToker @marlonjackson08 on 19 August 2026 and quickly caught fire online, racking up 163 comments from people who recognised the unmistakable South African spirit behind it.
Gas stove, no problem
The man, who the internet has since dubbed everything from "DJ Flame" to "Sipho Hotplates," turned an ordinary kitchen appliance into a makeshift DJ set while riding in the back of what appears to be a Kia bakkie. The music playing in the background added to the atmosphere, with at least one viewer desperate to track down the song.
