The outdoor footage, overlaid with an on-screen "SAPS Training" caption and backed by Mandoza's classic "Nkalakatha (Remastered)," shows trainees working through a physical obstacle course.

The session by TrotsOudtshoorn begins with a foot race before moving on to a vaulting drill over a vertical pole. While the energy in the video is upbeat, many viewers in the comments were not as impressed. Watch the SAPS training video that got Mzansi talking:

BillyEveryday Sathekge was blunt:

"You guys can't even jump a small wall like that?"

Benny Daniel Ngqolwazane added:

"Thieves can jump that panel without touching it 😩."

"What if on the job, there's nobody to help you over the fence."

Tsepo Maganedisa shared:

"I was looking forward to seeing those 2 ladies trying to jump the wall 🤣"
