Just like most men who have taken to social media to comment on the hot debate, Manyi is against the idea of Mzansi women having the right to marry more than one husband.

Manyi also took to the micro-blogging app later to ask women why they want to marry more than one hubby if men are supposedly trash. He wrote:

"If men are trash, why exactly would women want more of it? #Polyandry."

Most women slammed Manyi over his views on polyandry while some men agreed with him. Check out some of the reactions below:

"It’s about equality, Mr Mzwanele. As long as South African law allows a man to have more wives than one, a woman must also be allowed to have more husbands than one."

@HappyMshibe said:

"Total abuse of women's dignity. They want to turn us into sex objects."

@lesedienhle_m commented:

"Matter of fact is that some of us want two husbands."

@GrandmasterE2 added:

"Why is this irking you but not polygamy? Did men take to the street to demand polygamy? No! Why? Because men have ALWAYS dominated women and that DOMINATION cannot be accepted as a right."
