Radar Online reports that the Los Angeles Superior Court judge's ruling in the matter is only temporary until a final decision is made. "This is a deal. At first she wanted 2 MILLION A MONTH."

"She originally wanted I think 2 mil a month plus 5 mil in lawyer fees. This is barely a dent in his annual income. He is happy with the outcome for sure."

Judge denies Nicole Young's restraining order request against Dr Dre

In related news, Briefly News previously reported that a judge had denied Dr Dre's wife's request for an emergency restraining order against him. The judge reportedly asked Nicole Young to present additional evidence in order to be granted the order.

According to court papers obtained by The Blast, Nicole asked the court to order Dre to stay 100 yards away from their Malibu home. She was staying there at the time. She also wanted Dre to stop any form of contact with her.

Complex reported that Dre has said that he has had no contact with her, aside from one time in January when she visited him in hospital. At the time, Dre had suffered a brain aneurysm.
