South Africans shook - photos of terrible roads in Gauteng revealed

- Photos were shared via social media indicating the shocking state of some of Gauteng’s roads

- The post stated that the ANC should be ashamed but many tweeps blamed voters for not changing their vote

- Others claimed the damage pales in comparison to those in smaller villages and townships

The ANC came under fire recently as Mahlatse Mahlase (@hlatseentle) shared photos via Twitter which highlighted the appalling condition that some Gauteng roads are in.

Mahlase added that the people of Sebokeng have been failed and that the ANC should be ashamed.

Tweeps were visibly disgusted by the current state of affairs as the negative comments streamed in.

Khosi Zwane-Siguqa (@ZwaneSiguqa) commented that the Emfuleni administration is a “broken mess”.

The Joker (@grimreaper72za) was on hand to blame the situation on corruption.

While Ndzundza (@Comm_Bobo) pointed out that municipalities run by the DA also faced issues, the majority slammed the ANC for failing South Africans.

Briefly.co.za gathered that sympathy was in short supply as many tweeps blamed the voters for continuously voting in the ANC and enabling the situation.
